George Georgiou

Clarinetist George Georgiou was born in Nicosia, Cyprus where he began his musical studies. He currently holds degrees (BMus and MA in advance instrumental studies) from City University and GSMD and an MBA degree from Neapolis University. He collaborated with famous musicians such as Rohan de Saram, Movses Pogossian, Vladimir Spivakov, Chilingirian String Quartet and performed as a soloist with CUSO and Moscow Vistuosi. He is a member of Evohe Wind Quintet, Chronos Ensemble and musician in residence at the AVATON MUSIC FESTIVAL.

George is currently part of the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra.

George is the host of the Cyprus Project Residency as a MCSF Project Partner.
